Spotted: A middle aged preppy woman in rather conservative khakis and a button up blouse. However, lurking below the khakis were massive foam wood patterned sandals with denim straps and rhinestone buckles. Things just didn't seem to match up.

SPOTTED: A woman in a skintight little black dress, 5-inch black stilettos, and the jewelry to match.  She seems to believe she's going out clubbing within the next twenty minutes.  Unfortunately for this fashion flop, it's only 11 AM local time, and the bars don't open for another six hours.
