Man wearing acid wash jeans and a highlighter-yellow hoodie. There is speculation that the hoodie (labeled in lime green with "State Tractor-Pulling Championships") may glow in the dark. This over-the-top 80s throwback was paired with an Ohio State University cap, which would not have been so conspicuous if the wearer didn't look like he'd never stepped foot on any college campus, let alone OSU.
